Yesterday Elizabeth got her very first haircut! We went over to Pop-Pop's house and I was telling him how I found a place in Orlando that specializes in cutting children's hair and he said that he could do it. I got to thinking and I thought that it would be much more special to have her Pop-Pop do it than driving all the way to Orlando to get it done. She doesn't have that baby look anymore :(

Today Elizabeth did her best to dress herself. Note that both legs are in one pant leg, the shirt is inside out...not bad for her first time trying to do it all by herself. It took me forever to help get it right, she liked they way she did it herself and I didn't want to discourage her from ever trying again. So I just took pictures, I am a scrapbooker at heart. I keep thinking about a page layout for these.

Leslie painted Elizabeth's toe nails a few weeks ago and the paint was starting to come off, so this weekend I went for the nails too. She surprised me and sat still AND helped me blow the polish dry. She is my little girlie-girl sometimes.

Taken this past Saturday in her pool. I was feeling horrible, so Jim kept her busy. When they came back from the park, he filled up her pool and they hung out in the backyard for awhile. Of course I had to get up and take a few pictures.

I just love her "pose" in this picture. Whenever she sees the camera now she likes to say "Cheese!" I just hope that when we finally get to take her for her professional 2-year pictures she is just as smiley.

Last week Elizabeth got a surprise package from her Auntie and Uncle in Hawaii. It was full of her favorite thing...clothes. Being the slacker mommie that I am, Auntie is probably finding out we got the package by stopping by this site.

This one was taken on March 30th while we were getting ready to go to a playdate at my friend Amanda's house. I made this outfit last year and had forgotten about it, and it fits her perfectly! I have got to start making time to get back into sewing her clothes, it is just so much cheaper and a lot more creative and fun.

My mother-in-law just sent me a few pictures of Bean on Easter Sunday. I just love this one for some reason. Elizabeth defiantly has 3 grandparents that love and spoil her. And she also has all 3 of them wrapped very tightly around her pinky finger.
